There had to be a better way...

HomePoint started because we were frustrated with our home maintenance and the traditional “break-fix” handyman services model. Hours spent managing projects, emergencies that could have been prevented with regular maintenance, and not knowing who to call when something big happens. We felt like every service technician that came to the house was taking advantage of us.

We understood there had to be a better way. A concierge doctor, but for the house itself. One number to call. A trusted partner. Comprehensive. Super knowledgeable about the details of your Austin home.

So in July 2019, we officially launched HomePoint. Our mission is to be your trusted partner in effectively maintaining your home. We hire primarily military veterans. Our core values are things we truly live by. Every employee at HomePoint is a part owner. So the entire company is incentivized to give the best long-term care to every home so you can enjoy it, not take care of it.
